Fantastic opportunity for a Fire and Security Operative to work with one of the UKs leading and highly reputable housing associations covering the London region.
My client, who is an award winning housing association is looking for an experience and professional fire operative to assist with servicing, installation and remedial repairs to compliance systems in domestic housing association properties covering London and the surrounding area.
Work will range from servicing, installing and repairing fire shutters and curtains, fire alarms, security systems, CCTV, emergency lighting and warden call points.
Maintaining building compliance and tenant safety.
Work will predominantly be in communal areas, but some tenanted visits will be required.
Job Details
Start Date: As soon as candidate is available
Location: London and surrounding areas
Hours: Monday - Friday. 08.00-16.30 (overtime optional)
Duration: Permanent position
Salary: 41,000 - 43,000 (dependant on qualifications and experience)
Requirements:
- City & Guilds qualification, or NVQ 3 in relevant trade is desirable
- FIA industry qualification
- Previous fire operative experience
- Previous history within a fire and security setting
- Full UK driving licence
