Manpower are recruiting on our global manufacturing client for a Sales Executive to join their successful team in Chichester.
This is a great opportunity where you will be required to grow the business, account manage existing and new client and work well within the team. We are looking for a driven sales professional who is happy to be office based and has previous experience in following up leads, securing the sale and be comfortable with B2B calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a relevant industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
