Are you a nurturing and committed Teaching Assistant with a passion for Early Years education? Empowering Learning is proud to be recruiting for a full-time EYFS TA to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Ashton-under-Lyne.

This role will involve supporting children in Nursery and Reception, helping to develop early communication, learning, and social skills in a play-based environment.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant who:

• Has experience working in Early Years or holds a relevant childcare qualification

• Understands the EYFS curriculum and child-led learning

• Is patient, creative, and proactive in the classroom

• Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
