Regional Support Technician

About the role:

• Deliver onsite ICT support across multiple school locations
• Manage your own call queues, schedule, and workload with minimal supervision
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain devices, servers, switches, and WiFi
• Monitor system performance and contribute to long-term solutions
• Support projects such as upgrades, migrations, and rollouts
• Maintain asset inventories, documentation, and knowledge bases
• Liaise with third-party vendors for repairs and installations
• Share technical expertise with the wider ICT team

About You:

• Proven experience in an IT support role, ideally in a school or multi-site environment
• Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking fundamentals
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
• Enhanced DBS is required due to the nature of the role
