Job type: Temporary to Permanent Location: Farnham Pay rate: £12.21 per hour (temporary) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm Start date: Immediate Key Responsibilities: Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries efficiently Processing orders, updates, and customer requests on internal systems Maintaining and updating customer records with a high level of accuracy Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery Managing customer expectations and delivering a high standard of service Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Our Ideal Candidate: A friendly and professional individual who enjoys helping customers and delivering a high level of service.
