Job Description

Role Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Financial Solutions Architect to join our team at OneAdvanced. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering efficient and scalable end-to-end solutions across our core internal financial applications.

What You Will Do
  • Accountability for the E2E enterprise finance solutions and system architecture, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and ServiceNow, as well as supporting integrations (Boomi), networking, hosting, and DevOps.
  • Designing system architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of system components and interfaces.
  • Evaluating technology options and making recommendations on suitable tools, frameworks, and platforms.
  • Collaborating with third-party Solution Architects for Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow, and Boomi to define architecture landscapes, identify gaps, and deliver comprehensive solutions to achieve business outcomes.
  • Working closely with Process Leads to provide robust architecture and solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining work plans for the Architecture team.
  • Documenting environment landscapes across lifecycle stages and architectural layers for easy consumption by non-technical colleagues.
  • Documenting detailed business processes and wireframes using tools like Lucid Chart, UML, sequence diagrams, etc., and recommending future process and system improvements.
  • Assisting Process Leads in analyzing impacts on other systems, projects, and operational teams.
  • Participating in meetings and coordinating with product/process leads to review progress.
  • Advising and making decisions on technical matters to drive program direction.
  • Guiding partner development teams to ensure builds align with technical designs and standards.
  • Enforcing quality standards, including design, data quality, code reviews, testing, and environment management.
  • Helping QA and functional teams define testing strategies and oversee testing execution.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Monitoring and optimizing solution performance and implementing improvements.
  • Managing environment provisioning to meet project needs and overseeing release management.

What You Will Have
  • 10+ years of deep understanding of system architecture.
  • TOGAF qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Extensive experience in architecting and implementing end-to-end solutions, particularly with Salesforce (CRM/CPQ), NetSuite, or ServiceNow, and knowledge of related domains.
  • Experience working in large-scale IT and business transformation programs.
  • Experience collaborating with SI partners and supporting their solutions.
  • Strong project, change, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage workflows using tools like JIRA.
  • Ability to articulate solution options and rationales effectively.
