We are looking to strengthen our team at Thomas Gray by hiring a dynamic and motivated individual to join initially as a Research Consultant, with potential to progress into a Junior Consultant within six months.
You will report directly to our Business Manager and work closely with our Digital Executive, where your main aim will be to support our team of experienced consultants who specialise in Executive Search, Contingency Recruitment and Interim opportunities.
It is essential you feel comfortable and confident working on the phone as this would be a major requirement in the role.
Duties included:
- Mapping, identifying and following up new business opportunities
- Assist in the delivery of permanent and search assignments
- Work with the wider team to develop and sustain client and candidate relationships with the purpose of working across all functions, assisting in the generation of sales
- Candidate identification, initial approaches and pre-screening
- Develop a pipeline of relevant and high quality candidates
- CV preparation and CRM management
- Creating job adverts and deciding the criteria required for a role
