Senior Marketing Manager, Product Compliance

Sellers are a critical part of Amazon's ecosystem, helping us deliver the Earth's largest selection and lowest prices. They offer hundreds of millions of unique products across various categories, creating a diverse marketplace. Our goal is to enable Sellers to list and sell globally while optimizing inventory placement across countries.
With evolving legislation and compliance requirements in Europe, Amazon is leading efforts to support Selling Partners through education, solutions, and enforcement in cases of non-compliance. This role manages high-impact programs that enable Sellers to operate within EU product compliance standards. Responsibilities include product adoption, communication with Selling Partners, engagement, and developing marketing assets and channel strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing efforts for the program to support Seller growth by reducing compliance-related friction. Develop support strategies tailored to different stages of the Seller's journey.
- Collaborate with business, product, tax, and legal teams to create communication plans that raise awareness and promote compliance. Develop media assets, communication strategies, and success metrics.
- Coordinate with EU Compliance and other Product teams to ensure a seamless Seller experience.
- Work with Sales and Account Management teams to promote program adoption through education and shared goals.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize efforts, and maximize business impact.
- Participate in cross-functional projects across Europe.
- Organize materials into accessible formats for current and future programs.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience in professional marketing roles
- Experience managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
- Data-driven approach with experience in Excel or Tableau
- Experience scaling cross-functional marketing campaigns
- Experience executing campaigns across timezones and languages
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading large cross-functional teams and working with agency partners
- Experience with joint marketing plans with global partners
