Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver building surveying services across a diverse portfolio of projects.
• Provide expert guidance on building contracts, including JCT and NEC.
• Conduct inspections, surveys, defect analysis, schedules of condition, feasibility studies, and technical due diligence.
• Manage key client relationships, offering strategic advice and ensuring repeat business.
• Mentor and line-manage junior surveyors, supporting their APC and career development.
• Oversee compliance with Health & Safety, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
• Draft precise technical reports, specifications, and asset reviews.

Requirements:

• BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying or an RICS-accredited degree.
• MRICS Chartered (or close to chartership with strong senior-level experience).
• Solid technical expertise and a proven track record in building surveying.
• Strong commercial mindset and client management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
