Senior Brand Manager

We're seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive the launch of a high-priority respiratory asset within GSK's Specialty Business Unit. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to shape innovative strategies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As the Senior Brand Manager, you will play a leading role in launch-planning for an asset in our near-term respiratory pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own launch planning for new asset, requiring cross-functional team management, above-country engagement, and sound project management for launch activities.
  • Drive brand marketing strategy throughthedevelopment of digital engagement plans to drive brand awarenessthatcorrelates with increased sales and market share growth. Additional responsibilities:
    • Orchestrate andoptimizedata-driven customer experience journeys.
    • Customize, localize, and personalize global brand content to maximize engagement.
    • Collaborate withinternal GSKand external agencies for agile content creation.
    • Provide expertise onthedesign and performance optimization of content.
    • Support the cross-functional matrix team in content approval processes.
    • Optimize content usage using dashboards to inform data-driven improvements.
  • Lead on regular forecasting and reporting cycles.
  • Take aleading roleinstrategic and operational business planning.

Basic qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with strong knowledge of the ABPI code and application. Experience as a commercial/ content reviewer
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, with a track record of developing and executing marketing strategies in a secondary care/ specialist therapy area
  • Possesses strong communication and stakeholder management skills, producing high-quality, data-driven, and creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Values an iterative design approach with a strong sense of ownership and proactive advocacy for the end-user.
  • Open to taking on new challenges and learning new skills, while being collaborative, curious, empathetic, open-minded, and innovative.
  • Brings high energy and passion to the job, influencing those around them, and building trust and rapport to create a comfortable and effective workplace.
