  • Project surveying: preparing statutory consent applications, tender documentation, and carrying out contract administration

  • Building pathology: investigating defects and proposing remedial solutions with associated costs and programming

  • Planned preventative maintenance programmes

  • CDM services (desirable): producing pre-construction information and health and safety files

You'll be joining a team that offers genuine progression opportunities, APC support, and a pathway towards chartership for those not yet qualified.

The Successful Building Surveyor Will Have

Qualifications:

  • BSc or BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying (RICS accredited) or working towards chartership

In Return?

  • 35,000 - 45,000 (dependent on experience)

  • Profit share scheme

  • Laptop and smart phone to support hybrid working

  • Company contributory pension

  • 25 days' annual leave + public holidays
