Project Manager - CAT A & B Office Fit-Out
City of London 75,000- 85,000 + Bonus + Perks Temp-to-Perm or Permanent
A forward-thinking D&B fit-out specialist is looking for a driven Project Manager to join their growing team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality CAT A and CAT B commercial office spaces, they thrive on repeat business, direct client introductions, and negotiated contracts - no cold pitching, no endless tenders.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading high-spec CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects across London
- Running projects from pre-con through to delivery (Microsoft Projects used)
- Working directly with end clients, estate agents, and internal design teams
- Collaborating with trusted freelancers and in-house PMs
- Managing budgets, programmes, subcontractors, and client relationships
What We're Looking For:
- Strong background in CAT A & B office fit-outs
- Confident running jobs from start to finish
- Ideally experience working with D&B contractors
- A team player who gets stuck in - personality and banter matter
- Able to work flexibly and independently, with a results-driven mindset
