Junior Construction Manager - Hayes

Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing the design and construction of data centre projects and supporting infrastructure, ensuring delivery to agreed budgets, programmes, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project delivery from design through to commissioning, certification, and integrated systems testing (IST)
Manage budgets, programmes, procurement, supply chain, and contract administration
Ensure all works meet quality standards and health & safety policies
Lead and coordinate project teams, consultants, and contractors
Prepare and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and produce status reports
Identify and manage technical and commercial risks
Act as main point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, architects, designers, and contractors
Support user training, project evaluation, and final approval of design specifications

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred)
10+ years' experience in construction management, ideally with data centre projects
Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (Asta Powerproject preferred)
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Eligibility for Security Clearance
