A respected construction and property consultancy based in Birmingham is seeking a confident Project Manager to deliver a variety of commercial, public sector and residential projects throughout the Midlands. This is an ideal role for a proactive individual who enjoys working closely with clients and taking ownership of full project lifecycles.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project delivery, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring that programme, cost and quality objectives are met. The role involves contract administration, risk assessments, and reporting to senior-level clients and consultants.
A degree in Construction Project Management or equivalent
Chartered or working towards (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB)
Minimum 3 years' consultancy experience in construction
Familiarity with NEC and JCT contracts
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
45,000 - 60,000 per annum
