Planned Works Surveyor

Leading a small team of two surveyors and two administrators, responsible for ensuring capital and cyclical works are running to programme.

• Needs demonstrable experience in planned maintenance
• Contractor meetings
• Quality inspections
• Responding to complaints and resolving.
• Ensuring invoices are checked and processed
• Making decisions on in year referrals
• Hybrid role, office/site 1 day per week
