Tenancy Specialist Manager North London 20.67 per hour (PAYE) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Tenancy Specialist to provide expert support in tenancy fraud, anti-social behaviour (ASB), domestic abuse, and legal enforcement across North London. You will manage complex cases, work closely with field-based teams, and ensure effective investigation and enforcement action. Key Responsibilities: Investigate and manage tenancy fraud, sub-letting, and Right To Buy (RTB) fraud cases. Lead ASB case management, directing investigations and enforcement actions. Prepare legal files and manage legal action for tenancy enforcement, including court representation. Collaborate with neighbourhood response officers, police, solicitors, and external agencies to gather evidence and ensure coordinated responses. Support victims of domestic abuse and manage complex tenancy cases, such as successions and end-of-tenancy reviews. Experience & Skills: Strong knowledge of housing law, tenancy fraud, ASB, and legal disrepair. Proven experience in investigative interviewing, case management, and court representation. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder liaison skills. Ability to travel regionally and work flexibly, including early mornings or evenings. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support across the organisation, ensuring that data and information are managed accurately and efficiently, whilst delivering excellent communication with customers and contractors. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update databases and CRM systems with accurate, timely information. Produce and manage spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and tracking activities. Draft and manage documents, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office. Handle inbound and outbound communications with customers and contractors, resolving queries and ensuring a high standard of service. Support the wider team with general administrative tasks such as scheduling, logging information, and record keeping. Assist with tracking progress on projects and providing updates to relevant stakeholders. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in an administrative role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (experience with formulas, data entry, and reporting). Experience working with databases and CRM systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Elevate projects are working in partnership with our client, a reputable property consultancy, to appoint an experienced Condition Surveyor to their busy team producing building surveys using Keystone software, on housing stock in the Guildford and surrounds area. Key Responsibilities Carry out stock condition surveys to assess the overall state of properties. Conduct RdSAP energy assessments to evaluate energy performance. Perform HHSRS assessments to identify potential hazards in line with housing regulations. Record findings accurately using mobile survey software. Provide recommendations for maintenance, improvement, and compliance. Requirements Proven experience in conducting Stock Condition, RdSAP, and HHSRS surveys. Relevant qualifications, such as DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor) or HHSRS certification. Strong knowledge of housing standards, regulations, and energy efficiency. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. Access to own transport (if required for site visits). This role is outside ir35 and paid per survey basis with OTE of £250 to £300 per day on average.
