Job Title: Fabricator Fitter
Location: Daventry
Pay: ?16.00 - ?18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:30 (standard workshop hours)
Site Work: Hours vary - regular overtime expected
We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Fabricator Fitter to join our expanding team based in Daventry. This role involves both workshop-based fabrication and on-site installation, offering variety and hands-on work across a range of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabrication and assembly of stainless steel and plastic components
MIG/TIG welding and use of relevant workshop equipment
Interpreting technical and engineering drawings
Installation and fitting of fabricated items on customer sites
Working to high standards of accuracy, quality, and safety
Representing the business professionally while working on-site
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in fabrication and fitting
Competence in MIG/TIG welding (stainless steel experience preferred)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Full UK driving licence preferred
Flexibility for site work, including travel and overtime as required
A positive, team-oriented attitude and attention to detail
