Where purpose meets career:

We're looking for aPrincipal Healthcare Consultant with a strong track record of leading digital transformation programs for UK healthcare providers. You'll bring deep healthcare and commercial consulting experience, with full accountability for program success, client relationships, and revenue targets. With expertise in areas such as digital strategy, business case development, RPA, health technologies, and operational excellence, you'll be confident working with senior clinicians, CIOs, and CCIOs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee multiple consulting engagements across healthcare accounts, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
  • Own program outcomes, including delivery quality, commercial performance, and a personal sales target
  • Build and maintain senior client relationships (CIOs, CCIOs, clinicians), providing strategic advisory and on-site assurance
  • Collaborate with account and delivery teams to identify challenges and deliver outcome-based digital health solutions
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability development, standards, and methodologies
  • Develop thought leadership through whitepapers, case studies, and participation in expert communities

Skills we can't do without:

  • Strong experience in healthcare consulting
  • Proven leadership incomplex healthcare transformation programs
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience insales, delivery, and client growth
  • Deep understanding of UK healthcare systems and NHS operations
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders in matrixed IT environments
  • Willingness to travel

Skills we'd like:

  • Experience with New Hospital Programme (NHP) would be beneficial
  • EPR experience is considered an advantage
