Repairs & Voids Surveyor

Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a national provider of Affordable Housing, Registered Social Landlord and not for profit developer , to appoint an experienced repairs and Voids Surveyor to the busy Assets team.

You will :

• Plan and coordinate repairs & maintenance work to deliver work according to cost, time, and quality standards. Includes scheduling workflow and allocating resources, whilst ensuring accurate records, notes and system updates are well maintained.
• Undertake building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks. Carry out major void inspections and ensure that work is completed in line with KPIs.
• Make recommendations for repair, improvement or new construction work based on survey findings
