Payroll/Accounts Assistant

• Support monthly UK and international payroll processing
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile accounts
• Process expense claims and credit card reconciliations
• Liaise with employees to resolve queries promptly
• Prepare and post month-end journals (payroll, accruals, recharges)
• Raise and post intercompany invoices
• Provide general finance admin support

• Good Excel skills
• CIPP qualification or working towards it is desirable but not essential
• Proactive, team-focused, and keen to learn
