Our client is delivering a flagship 200m life sciences development in Oxford - a cutting-edge project covering the full construction lifecycle, from civils and groundworks to new build and high-spec fit-out.

This is a rare opportunity to gain true end-to-end project planning exposure. You'll play a key role from early-stage programme development through to final commissioning and handover, sharpening your technical and strategic capabilities across every phase of construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor, and update project programmes across all phases of delivery.

  • Contribute to pre-construction and delivery planning in collaboration with project and design teams.

  • Analyse progress, identify delays or risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Produce phasing diagrams, logistics plans, and time slice visuals to support project delivery.

  • Maintain accurate as-built records and support client reporting requirements.

  • Use planning tools such as Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6 to manage project logic and critical path analysis.



What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in construction planning, ideally on complex or high-spec projects.

  • Strong technical understanding of construction methodology and sequencing.

  • Proficiency with Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage confidently across delivery teams.

  • Eagerness to learn, develop, and grow within a high-performance planning environment.
