About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality, professional HR advice and support aligned with policies and current employment legislation
- Lead on complex casework, investigations, and resolution strategies
- Drive HR service improvement through project leadership and process reviews
- Analyse complex HR data and issues to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support and mentor HR team members
- Champion a culture of inclusion, employee wellbeing, and continuous improvement
- Are CIPD qualified or bring equivalent experience
- Have strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Able to demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Have a proven track record in managing complex employee relations cases
- Are comfortable with occasional travel (Driving license will be required)
- Bring previous line management experience and a collaborative approach
