What You'll Do:
As a vital part of our Mailroom team, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service Excellence: Represent our organisation with professionalism, promoting outstanding customer service at all times.
• Mail Management: Receive, sort, and distribute both incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
• Client Engagement: Handle inquiries from clients face-to-face and over the phone with a friendly demeanour.
• Document Handling: File and retrieve documents within an established filing system, keeping everything organised and accessible.
• Courier Coordination: Book and receive courier items, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Archiving Tasks: Process archive files and track signature movements using onsite computer systems.
• Flexibility & Proactivity: Be ready to tackle any additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or the client.
