Position: Clinical Registered Manager
Salary: Starting from £75,000 per annum
Hours: Full-Time
Location: Near Herne Bay, Kent
A reputable and well-established care organisation is seeking an experienced Clinical Registered Manager to lead a large, high-quality service located near Herne Bay in Kent.
My client is looking for a passionate and driven individual who is committed to delivering excellence in care. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with strong clinical leadership experience and a proven track record of successfully managing large care services.
Key Requirements:
Must be a Registered Nurse (NMC PIN essential)
Demonstrable experience managing a large care home or service
Ideally, experience in commissioning new services
Proven ability to lead and manage a large, multidisciplinary team
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and a strong history of improving and maintaining Good CQC ratings
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
