Head of OD & HR needed in Rotherham, paying £450 per day, ref 000A 1DB9 /1

Full-time hours on a temporary basis

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader for the role of Head of Organisational Development and Change. This strategic position involves leading transformation programmes across the organisation to foster a high-performing, values-driven culture.

You will collaborate with executive leaders and senior managers to drive sustainable change, challenge existing practices, and empower our staff to deliver outstanding results. Your leadership will be crucial in aligning our people strategy with organisational goals, enhancing engagement, and embedding accountability at all levels.

1. Design and deliver complex organisational development and transformation initiatives.
2. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
3. Partner with senior leaders to embed values-based leadership and effective people management.
4. Identify opportunities for change and manage risks and interdependencies across programmes.
5. Build organisational capability through leadership development, workforce planning, and change readiness.
6. Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout change processes.
