We are seeking a skilled D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Business Analyst to support the ongoing development, optimisation, and delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform. This contract role will focus on gathering, analysing, and refining business requirements to ensure the CRM platform effectively meets the needs of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements for D365 CE.

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.

  • Support the product backlog prioritisation process in collaboration with the Product Owner and delivery teams.

  • Conduct gap analyses and identify process improvements and system enhancements.

  • Work alongside technical teams, third-party suppliers, and business users throughout the delivery lifecycle.

  • Assist in solution validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities.

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).

  • Strong requirement-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to translate complex business processes into technical and functional specifications.

  • Experience within the not-for-profit or charity sector highly desirable.

  • Previous experience working with third-party implementation partners beneficial.
