Pirelli Motorsport's F1 Centre of Excellence is looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead operations at their Didcot facility. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment supporting Formula 1's elite.

As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading a dedicated team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Managing warehouse layout, inventory systems, and tyre/equipment planning to maximise efficiency and space.

Overseeing all goods in/out processes, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Coordinating vehicle fleet maintenance (servicing, MOTs).

Supporting facility and equipment maintenance schedules.

Ensuring timely and accurate shipment loading/unloading.

Assisting the Property Manager with building maintenance.

Taking a lead role in Health & Safety management and reporting.

You are an experienced and hands-on warehouse leader with:

3-5+ years of warehouse management experience (international goods handling desirable).

FLT licence and full driving licence.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance.

Strong planning, problem-solving, and logistical skills.

Excellent communication and organisational ability.

A detail-focused, proactive mindset and ability to multitask in high-pressure environments.

Solid understanding of Health & Safety standards.

This role requires flexibility-when the job needs doing, you'll see it through to completion.

£50,000-£55,000 salary depending on experience
