Overview Maintenance Engineer role based in Weymouth, Dorset. Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and breakdown repairs across a range of specialist production and packaging equipment. Work as part of a small engineering team to maintain plant reliability and minimise downtime. Assist with improving maintenance strategies and asset performance in a fast-paced production environment. Non-Negotiable Requirements Maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. A recognised engineering qualification. Desirable Requirements Electrical engineering qualification. You will lead and supervise the hygiene team, ensuring cleaning and sanitation activities meet safety standards and GMP requirements.
