The Role: The team is seeking an RMN to deliver high-quality, compassionate care across general psychiatric and addictions treatment pathways. This role offers a great opportunity for an RMN looking to broaden their clinical experience in a well-supported environment.
Core Responsibilities: - Provide therapeutic, recovery-focused care in collaboration with the MDT
- Lead on care planning, keyworker responsibilities, and medication administration
- Support discharge planning and clinical risk assessments
- Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to a positive ward culture
- Participate in handovers, incident reporting, and clinical meetings
About You: - NMC-registered RMN
- Strong communication skills and a calm, supportive presence
- Comfortable using digital systems for notes and care planning
- Experience from NHS or private mental health settings
