Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Options Resourcing are recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work full time in our Manchester City Centre office.

The role will see you on a career path to become a fully qualified Recruitment Consultant.

The main tasks you will be carrying out are :-

• Ringing candidates to check their availability for work
• Adminstrative tasks ensuring candidates right to work and qualifications
• Processing payments for them
• Advertising on a variety of media to drive registrations to the business.

You will receive training in all of the above, and then progress to Sales, Account Management over the longer term.

The skills you should be able to display on your application are :

• A customer service background, or prior experience dealing with the public
• Resilience
• Attention to detail

Most of the best recruits we have tend to have experience working within sporting teams or sporting excellence, or some form of personal success unrelated to work.
