Network Security Engineer

An ever growing integration company are on a mission to find a Network Security Engineer to protect digital infrastructure and ensure the integrity of critical systems for well-known utilities and energy companies and as a rapidly growing tech-driven organization, they value innovation, agility and top-tier talent.

As a Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure network infrastructures. You ll work closely with IT, DevOps, and compliance teams to monitor threats, respond to incidents, and ensure robust protection against cyberattacks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure network architectures (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, etc.)
• Monitor network activity for threats and vulnerabilities using SIEM tools
• Perform regular security audits, risk assessments, and penetration tests
• Respond to and investigate security breaches and incidents
• Stay current with the latest security threats, technologies, and trends

Experience required:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in network security or a similar role
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, and security protocols
