Your new role
As Assistant Manager - AI & Automation, you'll be part of a dynamic Tax Technology team leading the charge on innovation. You'll work on everything from ideation to implementation, with the opportunity to influence national and global operations. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role perfect for someone who sees technology not just as a tool, but as a catalyst for meaningful change.
You Will:

• Designing and implementing AI/automation solutions for complex business needs
• Expanding capabilities in Agentic Process Automation and AI-driven systems
• Collaborating across teams to integrate intelligent systems where they add real value
• Deploying and maintaining secure, scalable AI applications
• Supporting junior colleagues and promoting technical best practices
• Monitoring solution performance and reliability, always looking for improvements
• Keeping pace with AI trends and identifying new tools to adopt

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in AI architecture, automation frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Strong coding skills in Python, Java or R
• Knowledge of platforms like Automation Anywhere, Azure AI services, and AI agents
• Clear communicator and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and naturally collaborative

Not essential but helpful if you bring:

• A background in professional services or tax processes
• Familiarity with data security and privacy standards
