Speciality Sous Chef to bring flair, authenticity, and expert technique to a fast-paced, high-volume production kitchen in
West Sussex.
This role is perfect for a sous chef who thrives on delivering bold flavours at scale, with strong knowledge of authentic ingredients and preparation methods across Asia and beyond.
What You'll Do: - Lead the preparation of specialised international dishes with a focus on quality and authenticity
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to innovate and refine menus
- Support training, development and knowledge-sharing of regional cooking techniques
- Ensure consistency, compliance and high standards in food safety and production
- Collaborate on menu rollouts and process improvements
What You Bring: - Proven experience in Asian or Indian cuisine (restaurant, catering or production kitchen)
- A passion for culinary detail and authenticity
- Strong team leadership and communication skills
