Job Description
I am looking for a Void Surveyor to work in the Manchester area for asocial housing provider on a 6 month contract. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out; repairs inspections, damp and mould surveys to tenanted and Void properties as well as managing void turn arounds

Damp and Mould Surveyor essentials:
- Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs surveys to residential properties
- Ability to work at pace and adapt to change.
- Experience within social housing.
