I'm currently working with a well-established and growing business based in Shirley, Solihull who are on the lookout for confident and motivated individuals to join their friendly Contact Centre team as Telemarketing Executives.
The company provides a wide range of telemarketing services across the public, private, and third sectors anything from appointment setting and lead generation to surveys and database building. You'll be:
- Making outbound calls on behalf of various clients
- Speaking with businesses to set appointments, generate leads, or update records
- Completing telephone surveys with clients' customers
- Working to daily call targets (typically around 175 dials per day depending on the campaign)
- Previous experience in outbound calling or a similar telemarketing role
- Confident speaking with senior decision-makers (e.g. MDs, FDs, Marketing Directors)
- A clear, professional telephone manner and excellent spoken English
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work well independently and in a team
- You ll need to be based within a reasonable commute to Shirley, Solihull
