The Senior Associate - Real Estate's role

The Senior Associate - Real Estate will be responsible for managing and advising on complex real estate transactions for a varied client base, including developers, investors, funders, and occupiers. The role involves both transactional and advisory work, including:

  • Leading on acquisitions, disposals, and asset management matters

  • Negotiating and drafting sale and purchase contracts, agreements for lease, and development agreements

  • Supporting clients on strategic land and infrastructure-related property projects

  • Advising on the property aspects of corporate transactions and real estate finance deals

  • Mentoring junior associates and assisting with business development activity

The Senior Associate - Real Estate

To be considered for this Senior Associate - Real Estate role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in commercial real estate from a recognised City or international firm

  • Strong knowledge of English land law and experience across a broad range of commercial property matters

  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions and handle clients with confidence

  • UK qualification (or equivalent) and strong academic credentials

  • A collaborative approach and desire to contribute to the wider success of the team
