Job Description
- Lead and manage the organisation's accounting and finance functions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organisational goals.
- Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring processes.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
- Support the organisation during audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency and sustainability.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Finance Director should:
- Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Have prior experience in organisations undergoing significant change
- Have Charity SORP exposure
- Have strong management capabilities
