What's involved?
We're looking for a Tenancy Management Team Leader with substantial experience in either the Build to Rent or Lettings industry, coupled with demonstrated team leadership skills. Key responsibilities for this role include managing all lease-related inquiries, maintaining accurate ledgers, overseeing debt recovery, and administering associated tasks such as utilities, council tax, notices, make-ready processes, and dilapidations across the entire estate.
