We are currently working with a highly respected and long-established Air Conditioning & Renewables Contractor with over 30 years experience delivering quality building services across the South West. Due to continued success and growth, they are seeking a number of skilled and qualified Air Conditioning Engineers to join their dedicated team, working on a range of commercial projects including schools, hospitals, and offices.

About the Role:

As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of commercial air conditioning systems across a variety of sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking to join a reputable company with a strong pipeline of projects and a commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, servicing, and fault-finding on VRV/VRF and split-type systems
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems
• Working independently or as part of a team on commercial refurbishments
• Ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and in line with health & safety regulations
• Liaising with clients and site managers to ensure smooth project delivery

What there looking for:

• Proven experience in commercial air conditioning installation
• Relevant commercial refrigeration and air conditioning qualifications (e.g. F-Gas Category 1, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision
• A professional, customer-focused attitude
