The team works with major residential developers and supports industrial and commercial developments. Projects typically range from 50 units to several thousand dwellings, covering the full lifecycle from initial feasibility and planning to detailed design and construction. The infrastructure division focuses on drainage, highways, and development infrastructure.

Proficiency in MicroDrainage and AutoCAD (essential); familiarity with Civil 3D is a bonus.
Understanding of technical approvals such as S104, S38, and S278, with experience across planning and detailed design stages.
Your Role
You'll play a key part in delivering high-quality technical work, supporting project teams, and building your own expertise with guidance from senior colleagues. This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their engineering career, with progression towards senior-level responsibilities encouraged.
Responsibilities will include:
Working on the design and delivery of drainage, highways, and development infrastructure projects.
Preparing design drawings, technical documents, and calculations.
Supporting the preparation of planning documents including Flood Risk Assessments and Utilities Statements.
Contributing to the development of levels strategies and earthwork appraisals.
Assisting with securing technical approvals (S104, S38, S278).
Participating in site appraisals and due diligence exercises.
Coordinating with other disciplines and external stakeholders.
Working towards chartership with ICE or a similar professional body (fully supported).
