MCS Group has an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing tech start-up which is entering its scale-up phase. With strong investment and a product gaining real traction in industry, they are expanding the team and looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their mission-driven tech team.
You'll work on complex technical problems, build scalable systems, and help shape the technical direction of an exciting product used by global teams.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain high-quality features across backend and frontend systems.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers in an agile environment.
- Own problems end-to-end and contribute to architectural discussions.
- Embrace innovation - including AI - to find creative solutions to real-world challenges.
What They're Looking For:
- Experience building and shipping full-stack applications.
- A start up mindset and passion for scaling a SaaS company
- Someone who is proactive, self-directed, and thrives in ambiguity.
- Comfortable with CI/CD workflows
- A flexible mindset and willingness to move between tools and frameworks.
