Duties:
- Operating and minding production machinery to ensure smooth and continuous operation
- Filling bags and containers using machinery as well as hand filling where necessary
- Wrapping and packing finished products accurately and efficiently to meet quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Assisting with routine quality checks and reporting any issues or defects
- Supporting team members to meet daily production targets
