Job Title: MIG Welder
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm (37.5 hours per week, 30 mins unpaid lunch)
Salary: ?30,250.00 per year (DOE)
Location: Daventry, NN11

Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our growing team in Daventry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a production environment, a sharp eye for detail, and a solid understanding of quality standards. You must be reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Duties:
Carry out MIG and/or TIG welding operations to manufacture parts and assemblies to production schedules
Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for welding tasks
Operate machinery including sizers and saws for part preparation
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work orders to produce accurate components
Collaborate with the Quality department to ensure high standards and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Proven experience in a production welding environment
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to learn and operate tube manipulation/fabrication equipment (training provided)
Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
