Your Purpose: Line manage and lead the development of a small team within the London area. Key focus on win work and development of new and junior talent. Being able to support and lead on estimates from feasibility through to detailed design. Be adaptable to work across multiple sectors and disciplines and have the drive to want to learn new skills.
