Job Description

Internal Sales Advisor
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: Up to 35,000 per annum + bonus up to 8,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm (No weekends)

About the Role:
We are currently partnering with a well-established independent electrical wholesaler based in Chelmsford who are looking to expand their internal sales team with two motivated Internal Sales Advisors. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals early in their sales career who are eager to develop within a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities as an Internal Sales Advisor:

  • Proactively research and contact potential new customers to build lasting relationships
  • Raise accurate quotations for customer orders
  • Process orders efficiently while handling incoming calls and responding to emails promptly
  • Re-engage dormant accounts to renew and increase business
  • Manage telephone queries effectively, liaising with customers and colleagues to resolve issues
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer accounts to maximise sales opportunities

What we are looking for in an Internal Sales Advisor:

  • Proven experience within the electrical wholesale sector is essential
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Self-motivated and keen to develop their sales career within a small but dynamic team
