Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist clients with policy information, claims processes, and general support
  • Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Accurately log and maintain records of customer interactions
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within insurance or financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
