Inbound Sales Executive - Remote

Permanent, Full-Time position

Hours - You'll work a flexible 37.5-hour shift across the following hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturdays: 8am - 6pm and Sundays 9am - 6pm

Here at CCA Recruitment we are teaming up with our client who is the largest provider in aftercare for domestic appliances.

We are looking for a Inbound Sales Advisors who has sales and customer service experience to join their team, taking inbound calls from their customer base who will be calling with general enquiries and looking to register their appliances.

What does the role entail:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers and converting calls into sales
• Upselling extra appliances to add on plans
• Using your wit, charm and best sales patter to upsell our products.
• Building rapport with our customers and getting to know their needs.
• Helping each customer find the protection package for them.

Our client will provide you with training, you just need to provide your customer service experience and sales knowledge and I'm sure you will be a great match.

This is an inbound customer service and sales role where you will be dealing with the customer's request and then upselling products. We do ask that you only apply if you have Sales experience and Customer Service experience in a contact centre where you have upsold to customers.
