We are currently looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade in the Birmingham area working for well-established Housing association. This role is on a long rolling term contract.

As the Carpenter Multi Trade you will be responsible for:
- 1st & 2nd fix carpentry
- Responsive repairs
- Working tenanted houses/commercial environments
- Basic plumbing and tiling when required
The successful Carpenter Multi Trade will:
- Have a van and be able to commute to site
- Have their own tools
- Have relevant industry experience
In return, the Carpenter Multi Trade will receive:
- 22 per hour (CIS payments available)
- Mileage paid
- Weekly pay
- 40 hours per week
- Long term work
