Surveyor

We are currently looking for a Surveyor in the Leicester area to work for a social housing contractor on a permanent basis. This role is working in the Kitchen and Bathroom programme, where a company vehicle is supplied from day one!

As the Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out CAD drawings
• Measure Bathrooms
• Carry out audits
• Tenant liaison works

We are looking for a Surveyor who:

• Has relevant industry experience
• Holds a full UK driving Licence
• Ideally has worked within social housing

In return, the Surveyor will receive:

• 33,000 - 40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• Company vehicle and travel allowance
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
