Proven experience in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong Analysis background with ability to Analyze data in support of proposed projects, business cases, and system requirements. Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline code branching, promotion tools and have intermediate code promotions skills. Experience of working within an Agile environment following Agile development practices and familiarity with Agile service management within a DevOps culture with a desire to promote the DevOps approach within the team. Also, have an expertise in building automated solutions, and the attitude to reduce toil. A technical background with experience of working with SQL, building scripts in UNIX shell, Perl, Python, or similar scripting languages. Expertise in Amazon AWS Cloud Administration which includes services like: EC2, Lambda, S3, AWS Elemental technologies, VPC, ELB, RDS (Dynamo DB/MY SQL) , IAM, Route 53, Auto scaling, Cloud Front, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, Cloud Formation and Security Groups and Expertise in Google Cloud technologies like cloud functions, app engine, compute engine, cloud storage, fire store, BIG query, Machine learning and GKE Familiarity with other cloud technologies like Kubernetes, docker, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, AWS, Azure DevOps, Composer, DAG airflow; Hand on experience on developing and implementing Perl, SHELL, BASH, Python and Golang , SQL and UNIX scripts. Working within the Platform Operations team as a Lead Site Reliability Engineer, your primary role is to bridge the gap between operations staff and developer teams, aiming to expedite developments while retaining core resiliency. You will be playing a key role towards the identification and adoption of new technologies and approaches, working towards improving the wider technical estate, associated processes, and overall development experience.
